Job Description:
4+Years of Experience in UNIX/Linux/Aix administration.
Red Hat Linux and Volume Manager (LVM) deep level knowledge and troubleshooting.
HP Service Guard Cluster or VPC Helion Cluster administration and troubleshooting.
VMWare/VMs administration.
Patching and package administration
Network/Bonding administration
Hands on experience in Storage LUNs administration at OS/LVM level.
Exposure to AIX LVM administration.
Experience in Physical Hardware like Blade, 3PAR and Enclosures.
Knowledge on HP Unix .
Hands on experience in handling Incident tickets from P1 to P4 level within SLA
Knowledge on Oracle Database.
Process Skills:
ITIL Process on Incident and Change Management
Documentation and creating SOPs.
Behavioral Skills:
Ready to support 24/7 support
Strong Oral and Written communication.
