QA Assistant (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Preparation work for release of goods to the market
- Inform about and log observed deviations (e.g. release documents) and other relevant information
- Responsible for QA part to ensure new launches on time
- Responsible for stock out handling from QA side (ensure fast release process according to priority list)
- Handle QA Agreements (support preparation of new Agreements and, prepare new PSA ’s, update Agreements and PSA’s)
- Audit / Inspection administration (prepare, protocol, follow up of CAPA implementation)
- Prepare GMP certificate for submission of API suppliers by regulatory
- SOP administration and tracking of overdue SOP’s
- Tracking of CAPA ’s in different electronic systems (Audits, Deviation, Quality Events etc.) and their monthly reporting
- Responsible for PQR administration (order from 3rd parties)
- Preparation of PO’s
- Order office material needed for QA department
- Training (participate in trainings, perform e-learnings in timely mannor and perform trainings in agreement with supervisor)
- Perform QA Check for customers to be opened in the SAP system
Main qualifications
- Apprenticeship in Natural science (e.g. laboratory technician, aide in Pharmacy, bachelor degree in natural sciences)
- Languages: German (fluent), English (intermediate)
- Professional experience in analytics, quality assurance, production, distribution or pharmacy, experience with Trackwise / AQWA
- Professional communication skills, initiative, good observer, team player, self-confident and friendly person with high resilience to keep tracking missing information, speed and simplicity, customer focus and Quality
