We are looking for a Tivoli Storage Manager in the area of Basel:Project Description:
- The TSM is the main IT architect for all new services (base growth, RFS) for existing strategic outsourcing customers.
- The TSM is responsible for translating the client's business requirements into a specific IT solution (mainly infrastructure) and the cost calculation of the proposed solution.This includes
working with client personnel and executives to identify functional requirements and subsequently
working with and leading others in the identification, justification, design and calculation of the client's solution
Main interfaces are:
- IT Manager and IT Specialists of the customer
- Project Executive (PE), Delivery Program Manager (DPE/DPM) and Request for Services Manager (RFS)
- Pricer, Delivery & Quality Assurance (DA & QA) and Contract & Negotiation (C&N)
The ideal candidate shows an equal interest in IT-Architecture, commercial questions and
leading/working/teaming in an interdiciplinary environment.
Required skills:

• Leading technical teams (IT specialists)
• Project Management
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Preferred: Master's Degree
• Fluent in English and German
Desired experience:
•Strong technical background in IT technology and services
•Experience in strategic outsourcing
•Strong interest in aligning technical solutions with commercial requirements
•Ability to work in inter diciplinary teams and as a team player
•Experience in working across multi-towered accounts to coordinate the design and calculation of the correct technical solution to satisfy the requirements of the customer
•Experience in presenting/selling technical solutions to customers
