Beschreibung

We are hiring for our big pharma client- based in Switzerland, who are looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist - EMEA Engagement Analytics Specialist. This role is offered on a remote-office basis.

You will design and development of state-of-the art analytics capabilities, enabling relevant customer insights generation across EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa). The successful candidate will support internal clients in making data driven decisions.
This role is involved in continuing the evolution of our client's existing Omnichannel QlikSense Dashboard. The candidate will be liaising closely with stakeholders from various teams (Business Intelligence, Marketing, Digital/Omnichannel Managers) to gather and translate user requirements into a powerful state-of-art omnichannel analytics dashboard (delivered in close collaboration with Business IT).
Responsibilities:
* Develop the next version of the Omnichannel Analytics QlikSense dashboard with strong focus on user centricity and holistic insight generation. Plan and facilitate a smooth roadmap based on the need to integrate new upcoming capabilities and solutions.
* Let the data and insights speak through the art of storytelling, significantly increasing the reach of our analytics tools to a wider audience at regional and local level. Manage change and adoption of our analytics tools.
* Supports the creation of a core set of training materials, transfers knowledge and drives the adoption throughout the organisation
* Play a critical part in building strong self-service analytics capabilities (via QlikSense), removing barriers and empowering user adoption to personal insight generation.
* Engages with Business Information Technology (IT) to ensure the highest quality of the data and insights is provided (data trust), overcoming technical challenges (readiness of technical infrastructure).
* Achieve the shared ambition through the active collaboration within the Storytelling Board and through the partnership with the digital teams and EMEA and local brand teams.
* Manages the ongoing developments, including tracking of nominated milestones and dashboard project budget management.
Requirements:
* Bachelors or Master degree in a related field with strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required (business, economics/econometrics, engineering, operations research, applied mathematics, statistics, information technology)
* The candidate ideally has worked in business teams within the pharmaceutical industry and has a solid understanding of the core business questions and related data sets. The preferred candidate is experienced in omnichannel analytics tracking and customer journey mappings.
* Experience with the creation of dashboards (storytelling) within QlikSense (programming skills are not required) with strong sense for usability (UX design principles).
* Strong analytical skills, good understanding of brand performance monitoring mechanisms (routinely reports ad-hoc analytics extracted via QlikSense in Excel or PowerPoint).
THIS POSITION IS 100% REMOTELY BASED (HOME OFFICE) AND CAN BE PERFORMED FROM ANY EUROPEAN COUNTRY
