Functional requirements gathering from business stakeholders and subject matter experts and Understanding the needs of these multiple stakeholders.
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications and data mapping from the Business requirement.
Identifying the current- and future-state business processes
Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
Enforces standards and guidelines for design, development, deployment and testing.
Facilitating design sessions with the implementation/ Technical team to define the solution.
Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
Creating & Documenting test scripts for assigned integrations.
Validating testing results and facilitating defect resolutions with testing and design teams.
Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders in order to obtain sign offs.
Very Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation & adaptive skills.
Ability to work individually on deliverables, Adhering to client processes, SDLC & compliance standards
Ability to independently run stakeholder meetings
