Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Support data preparation and assist Data & Analytics manager in oversight of support tickets
- Assist business user in data preparation in case of data updates requests using predefined templates
- Support the team with the production of data related presentation and engagement material
- Deliver to Data Quality reports based on business logic, and patterns that will then help to drive conversation around improving data quality
- Maintain, update, or build reports with Stakeholders and Power Users
- Maintain dashboard, reports and extracts list on the Data and Analytics Intranet resource site in line with dashboard and reports available on existing platforms including SAC, S4, Salesforce, IATI
- Assist with service desk data request activities related to SAP (S4/Hana and SAC), and Salesforce (CRM, Einstein)
- Create documentation for Data Governance based on Data Manager and Data Governance Board discussion
- Formalize meeting’s discussion, decision and ideas into formal document that will serve to build data governance documents
Main qualifications
- University degree in Finance, or IT, or equivalent professional work experience in the Finance or IT area
- Profound work experience in Finance or IT
- Experience in data analysis and data preparation
- Knowledge on SAP S4/Hana and Salesforce.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formula & Pivot is a minimum)
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is a plus
- Knowledge on SQL and on reporting solutions (such as Tableau, Einstein, SAC, Qlik…) is a plus
- Fluency in English; French is a plus
