Senior Systems Engineer (Building Automation) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Supervision of outsourced providers (ensure they deliver a high-level of service in-line with the contractual commitments and internal policies)
- Work with providers to ensure that the service management procedures for request, incident, problem, configuration and change management are aligned with internal procedures
- Provide technical leadership for the IT infrastructure supporting the building automation systems
- Product and Project Management
- Acts as the product manager for any software components required by the outsourced provider to enable them to deliver the services according to expectations
- Ensure the efficient, stable and secure operations of the underlying IT infrastructure supporting the building automation systems (not expected to take any responsibility for the systems themselves)
Main qualifications
- Excellent IT engineering skills in the Windows Server environment
- Experience with building automation systems
- Experience working with Cisco Networks, Checkpoint firewalls and F5 load balancers would be advantageous
- Vendor relationship management skills
- Experience with managing, implementing and optimizing ITIL processes
- Organizational and time management skills, accuracy, speed and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving, communications and team working skills
- Fluency in English and German
