Beschreibung

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Digital Strategic Program Manager will include:

* Contributes to the overall Data & Digital Patient Experience strategy with regards to content and feasibility considerations for each individual program

* Responsible to drive efficiency and effectiveness of overall program execution, and support the DPH with overall strategic program management across the Patient Experience Portfolio

* Able to see a complex program from a "big picture"/strategic level; able to communicate a clear vision for this program and able to set direction for the team and drive teams to decisions.

* Create bespoke presentations, papers and reporting for Patient Experience portfolio

* Support team cohesion across programs through team engagement activities

* Support and manage key governance meetings across the portfolio on behalf of the DPH

* Provide strategic advice and 'sense check' support to Digital Solutions Directors of key Patient Experience programs

* Manage the day to day workload and provide support to the Tactical Program Manager (located offshore)

* Support key programs with senior stakeholder engagement activities, including developing presentations and written materials as required

* Manage and develop funding proposals for required governance bodies for the Patient Experience Portfolio

* Provide tactical support as required to different Patient Experience programs, including risk management, writing meeting minutes, schedule coordination, etc

Candidate Profile:

Strategic thinker, adept in senior stakeholder management including presentations, a self-starter with the agility to balance many priorities at once and the willingness to learn and contribute at all levels:
* Responsible to drive efficiency and effectiveness of overall program execution, and support the DPH with overall strategic program management across the Patient Experience Portfolio

* Able to see a complex program from a "big picture"/strategic level; able to communicate a clear vision for this program and able to set direction for the team and drive teams to decisions.

* Support key programs with senior stakeholder engagement activities, including developing presentations and written materials as required

Education / Experience Background:
* Experience is more relevant than education for this role (ca. 10 years of Program Management or/and Management Consulting Experience, with background in Digital Transformation, Drug Development and / or Clinical Trials)

* Understanding of Agile principles and how they apply to program management: Scrum Master and / or Product Owner certification is considered an asset.

* Mandatory: Excellent ability to work, write and communicate in English is required

* Ideal candidate would have a Big 4 / Strategy house management consulting background.
