Behavioural Science / Neuroscience Psychology (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Support the Global Head Behavioural Science to bring behavioural science on how the company drive ethics, identifies and manages risks, ensure compliance to policy and guidelines
- Doing so by providing well-researched, comprehensive, evidence-based insights from behavioural science, psychology, neuroscience, decision science on various problems we are tackling (e.g. measuring ethics, conflict of interest, risk identification, putting ethics at the core of HR processes, etc.)
- This includes and is not limited to defining scope and executing on exhaustive and practical ‘literature reviews’ and connecting to experts in the fields and other sources to gather insights
- Experimentation and operationalization support
- Independently driving well-defined pieces of work to implement those insights in collaboration with our internal team or stakeholders in ERC, HR, etc.
- Design and execute on a set of ‘experiments’ to inform future changes
- This includes project management, workshop preparation and facilitation, and ensuring we are staying on track and true to the delivered insights
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Global Training Team, support the upskilling of the ERC function in leveraging behavioural insights
- Support the advancement of the development an enterprise-wide behavioural science capability
Main qualifications
- Masters of Science or PhD degree involving behavioural research such as behavioural science, judgement and decision-making, experimental psychology, coupled with economics / econometrics and inferential statistics
- MBA, Business Degree and/or data science is a plus
- English skills
- Profound experience in a large organization having contributed to organizational transformation such as structure, systems, process or policy changes
- Experience in taking a broad set of academic evidence and facts and turning this into intelligible insights for business stakeholders
- A knack for articulating complex problems simply and coming up with elegant and well-thought through solutions
- Experience in a corporate function (legal, risks, compliance, finance, HR, audit) is a plus
