Background
The Information Management team is part of our Client's Early Research and Development organization and consults and enables scientists to manage Data & Information along the life cycle in a compliant and sustainable way.
Our client undergoes a large transformation of its document management landscape. This entails defining the future by migration of a large volume of files, learning new ways of working, re-engineering, and enhancing critical business processes.
As the Adoption Lead you will be part of the team responsible to transform the content and document management of the company. Focus for this position will be on candidates with a strong pharmaceutical background, knowledge of the Google Suite Products. In addition and due to the current situation, candidates which are already based in Switzerland will be preferred.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Transform the content management and document management in a highly competitive organization
Support the business with hands-on advice for working in new document management environment
Support knowledge management efforts in aggregating relevant technical information
Support the migrations by communicating proposed migration schemas to affected users
Interact on a regular basis with a large variety of stakeholders
Must Haves
5y+ of experience working on transformational and organizational change projects in a pharmaceutical environment
Expertise with Google Suite
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Office
A background in working at the interface of business and IT in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in creating high quality educational materials and communication
