FPGA Designer (100%)Are you an experienced FPGA Designer (m/f) looking for a new project? Our client, a large Geospatial company offers an interesting and exciting opportunity for freelance FPGA Design (m/f).
You should be willing to work in an international and interdisciplinary team. As a main task, you will take care of the design and verification of the FPGA design with VHDL.
Your role as FPGA Designer (m/f)
- Design and develop FPGA based electronic for opto electronic modules
- Work with contract manufacturer, mechanical and firmware engineers to produces prototypes and production grade boards
- Board bring-up, design verification, troubleshooting and life cycle responsibility
Required skills
- University degree or diploma from a technical college
- 3 years + in electronic design with FPGA/ VHDL
- Experienced with quartus/vivado/libero tools
- Experience with softcore CPU concept + c programming
- Experienced with digital interfaces (serial, PCIe, MIPI, ethernet)
- Basic computer vision know-how (camera ISP processing)
- Good understanding with PCB design tools like Altium, Kicad, or Eagle
