Scrum Master (w/m) vacancy for our Basel based client in the technological sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of experience with the exhibition of the behaviours of a lean-agile leader with a lean-agile mind-set
- Extensive background in building high performing lean-agile teams and allowing those teams to excel by empowering them and removing impediments
- Professionalism in leading the scrum team and the wider organisation
- Good understanding of principles combined with the ability to translate them into practice
- Ability to deliver the work on time without coercion, assigning, or its dictation
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity
- Promoting scrum events and ceremonies and coaching the team to understand the value and purpose of these events
- Filling in the international gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks by guiding the squad on self-organisation
- Ensuring the three pillars of scrum such as Transparency, Inspection and Adaptation for the empirical processes
- Empowering the product owner and the team in taking ownership and focusing on value creation
