Network Engineer• Region to be covered: Europe – Middle East – North Africa
• Location: the job will be performed remotely, either from Customer office in CH or other location (to be defined).
• Working hours: 8 Hours per day
• Rate: Negotiable
• Starting date: April / May.
• End date: until end of 2020, with potential extension (total roll out is foreseen for 2 years).
• CCNP would be a benefit.
Expected activities are:
a. Assist with Stage 1 and Stage 2 deployment and troubleshooting (this would require network skills (Cisco IOS, Check Point) and VMWare/Hyper-V knowledge), this includes tracking logistics, helping markets to connect devices, configure SPAN ports, SNMP connectivity, Cisco WLC access.
b. Play the role of a consolidated point-of contact between the vendor, market IT staff and security.
c. Work within the project reporting to ensure tasks and feedback activities are managed as per the project governance
d. Configure additional services in the tools such as active query (any training required will be supplied by customer)
