Task:
* You are responsible for all activities in the area of test equipment construction of applications and the subsequent transfer to Operations.
* The position also includes the following activities:
* Management of internal project staff and external partners, planning and execution of all necessary activities Close cooperation with experts and users (customer-co-creation, responding-to-change, minimal-viable- product, agile)
* You will use the available resources optimally to achieve the goals in the required time, at planned costs and in sufficient quality - You will take over concrete work packages yourself
* You will define the architecture of the test equipment together with internal and external experts
* The task also includes the commissioning, close integration and management of external development partners for components or subsystems. You define concrete and delimitable work packages for the suppliers, and provide
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (FH, Uni, ETH), or a related course of studies plus several years of relevant professional experience in test equipment construction (at least 7-10 years)
* Several years of experience in measurement technology, analog & digital technology and test automation Pleasure and experience in the professional management and leadership of engineers and laboratory technicians
* Integrative personality, independent, communicative. You are accustomed to ensuring ongoing developments with agile approaches
* Planning skills and goal orientation, flawless communication with future users
* Project management
* German and English spoken and written
Nice to Haves:
* Experience with fluidics (choice of materials, processes, fluid mechanics)
* Knowledge of mechanics, programming skills
