Senior Exchange / Messaging Engineer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Development of new services (e.g. Azure AD, O365), maintenance and migration of existing solutions, development of process automation, increase in efficiency and quality
- Planning, evaluating and implementing IT infrastructures around Exchange and Exchange Online (including supporting Office 365 Services) and Messaging related infrastructure
- Incident and Change Management for Exchange on Prem and Exchange Online Infrastructure
- Administration of email related appliances (AntiSpam, Antimalware, Application Mail Gateways etc.)
- Assessing security threats and implement countermeasures
Main qualifications
- Expert knowledge in everything around On Prem Exchange, Office 365 and especially Exchange Online
- Very good PowerShell skills and experience in process automation
- Relevant current Microsoft certifications
- Experience in international environments and heterogeneous environments
- Hands-on experience in analysing, documenting , and building the service management/governance aspects of an O365 service
- Experience within the IT Services department of a large and globally dispersed organisation
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Federated authentication
- Experience of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services including AIP and DLP would be an advantage
- Experience and know-how with OpenText RightFax, CompuMail Gateway and OfficeMaster SMS Connector is an advantage
- Team player mentality
- Fluent in German and English
