Beschreibung
Aufgabe:* Development of new services (e.g. Azure AD, O365), maintenance and migration of existing solutions, development of process automation, increase in efficiency and quality
* Planning, evaluating and implementing IT infrastructures around Exchange and Exchange Online (including supporting Office 365 Services) and Messaging related infrastructure
* Incident and Change Management for Exchange on Prem and Exchange Online Infrastructure
* Administration of email related Appliances (AntiSpam, Antimalware, Application Mail Gateways etc.)
* Assessing security threats and implement countermeasures
Anforderung:
* Expert Knowledge in everything around On Prem Exchange
* Expert Knowledge in Office 365 and especially Exchange Online
* Very good PowerShell skills and experience in process automation
* Relevant current Microsoft Certifications
* Experience in international environments and heterogeneous environments
* Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in analysing, documenting , and building the service management/governance aspects of an O365 service
* Minimum of 2 years of experience within the IT Services department of a large and globally dispersed organisation
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Federated authentication
* Experience of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services including AIP and DLP would be an advantage
* Experience and know-how with OpenText RightFax, CompuMail Gateway and OfficeMaster SMS Connector is an advantage
* Fluently in German and English
