JD of Test Manager
Test Manager/Lead requires a 8-10yrs + experience of below:
• Expert level of Standard Test methodologies, Processes and Best Practices including Agile Methodologies and Test Factory etc
• Should Formulate and Implement Test strategy covering Functional , Integration, Regression and Security testing
• Automation consulting experience (esp. Selenium)
• Should be Functionally strong in Automotive Domain
• Should be Expert on Test Management tool ALM
• Define Test Strategy and Create Test Plan and provide effort estimates
• Should have experience in Test Data Management
• Effectively handle the Defect Management (Defect Triage Meetings, Defect Prevention meetings, Defect Status Reports)
• Effectively handle Change Requests
