Tasks & Responsibilities
- Solution design, prototyping and implementation of the investments focused digital platforms
- Development of software changes in various areas (including Avaloq parametrisation)
- Challenge technical requirements and design of effective digital based solutions
- Technical testing activities during release cycles
- Enable collaboration with internal resources (business stakeholders, change management, developers) and where necessary, also with other resources from Natwest Group, to ensure fit-for-purpose end-to-end functionality
Must Haves
- Analytical, structured and efficient way of working.
- Ability to deliver complex solutions independently
- Hands-on experience in Java, core Spring or Spring Boot, Restful APIs, web services and micro-services
- Good understanding of the any of the below is an advantage:
- Avaloq Core Banking Platform or AMI Web Services customisation
- Avaloq Object Model or knowledge of Avaloq transactional meta types
- Oracle databases and PL/SQL
- Very good command of English and excellent communication skills
