Beschreibung
Main responsibilities:• Operations Technical Support for various IT related applications with a focus on monitoring tools like Netcool, Moogsoft and AppDynamics and other automation tools
• Managing interface to our L3 support by addressing issues and keeping track of these issues until they are solved
• Participation in different projects, e.g. migrating application onto new Infrastructure, design automations for self-healing
• Deploying new Software Releases for the mentioned tools
• Provide documentation and training to our clients globally
Must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Work experience with Unix systems, basic scripting knowledge
• Knowledge of JavaScript with a broad understanding of Relational Databases
• Very proactive, team player in a global environment
• Strong communication skills on a technical and a management level in English
• Prioritize your own workload and work with minimal supervision
• Stays calm and keeps focused in hectic situations
• Willingness to provide on-call support
Nice to have:
• Work experience with Netcool, Moogsoft or AppDynamics
• Hands on experience with RPA tools like IPcenter and Automation Anywhere
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ and MySQL
• Worked within Application support for at least 2 years as a L2/L3 support or L3 developer
• Has worked in an IT industry for at least 5 years
• ITIL foundation v3 certified
