Experience in the pharmaceutical environment (preferred CRO/Clinical research) is necessary for this role.

Your Skills
- Several years of experience as Data Steward or IT Business analyst in a pharma context
- Pharmaceutical business & process knowledge
- Knowledge of medical affairs and/or clinical development
- Ideally experience working with/for CRO (clinical research, clinical trial)
- And/OR knowledge of CRM process (specific to pharma and medical science liaison)
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis
- Coordination/Project Management experience (professional)
Your Tasks
- Managing the implementation of new medical systems (CRM/IIS Or Clinical Studies) in 2 phases (Onboarding and Support/Integration)
- Coordination of the deployment of a new IT solution (with a vendor)
- Building the bridge between IT and business
- Vendor Management
- Definition of the support process
- End user Training in collaboration with the supplier
- UAT Testing, validation packag, IQ and OQ, configuration Master File review
- Support and data quality/data flow monitoring tasks as (soon as the system is deployed and live)
- Yearly system review
