German speaking Sales and Project Management Support
Experis is the global leader in professional resourcing and project-based workforce solutions.
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a contractor to support a Sales team with activity, reports and communications. The team are also implementing a new system and the role will provide additional support to the wider project team.
Main responsibilities
- Assist and support the Client Relationship Managers in the preparation of client visits, sales presentations, venue reservation, travel and hotel booking etc.
- Deputizing for the Client Relationship Managers and supervision of calls, emails and meetings when Client Relationship Managers are out of office.
- Calculate different pricing models to be implemented into client offers.
- Answer client requests including necessary clarification with relevant counterparties.
- Correctly feed all relevant information into the CRM System.
- Monitor client activities and establish appropriate management reporting on client activities
- Support the Client Relationship Managers working on RfP's.
Your skills:
- 2-5 years work experience supporting Sales teams
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office-Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as basic understanding of MS Access and SQL
- Client focused and have the credibility to develop, deepen and maintain mutual relationships at all levels of the organization
- An excellent communicator and networker across the business, both internally and externally
- Fluent in German and English - additional knowledge of French and/or Italian would be an asset
