Warehouse Management Business Team Lead (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Together with the PT Warehouse Management Business Team Lead, define all activities to be performed
- Manage scope within assigned work packages and prioritize requirements that add most value to the organization (fit-for-purpose)
- Lead the delivery of assigned work packages within the work stream according to schedule and regularly reports status to the lead
- Monitor and report deliverable progress and delivery vs. plan for your area of responsibility
- Support Workstream lead in communication to stakeholders, business and user communities as well as in change management
- Actively collaborate within work stream, across work streams and functional areas, with BPO, BPms, SMEs, IT, and others
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in warehouse management with related system expertise
- Strong and proven experience with SAP ERP / EWM / WM / MM
- Experience with S/4 Hana
- Project leadership experience and project management skills in a similar environment
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management
- Cross cultural experience interacting with different teams in different time zones
