QA Lead/Automation Engineer vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor, Master of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Excellent Software Testing experience, especially within Back End Testing of Microservice Applications with complex integrations
- Previous working experience as Test Automation SME is a must, hands-on knowledge within Test automation including regression and acceptance tests and also testing from prototype on coupled with knowledge of both automated and manual testing
- Proven track record within Enterprise, Multi-Tier Applications (Web Services, Client Server and Server Side application) programming that also include data management aspects in Java 8 or above (Core Java)
- Experience with all phases of the Software/System Lifecycle process in addition to competency of working with Agile methodology
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Designing regression, functional, integration test cases and applying those under automated frameworks
- Ensuring automated tests are being maintained and enhanced with additional functionality
- Defining business test cases and ensuring test coverage for all changes on Jira task level
- Interacting with the Environment Management teams and maintaining proper versioning across components on UAT environment
- Coordinating UAT release management of different versions of risk services guarantee that tests are executed on correct as-of go live versions
