For our Pharma Client in the Basel Area, we are looking for a Warehouse Management Business Team Lead

Background

In this position, the WM-contractor will be a member of the PT Deliver Warehouse Management Team. The WM-contractor will be supporting the transformational change for assigned Warehouse Management processes in scope to implement aligned and harmonized end-to-end processes and related systems landscape as well as enable the necessary organization in PT. The change combines process harmonization, system standardization, increased automation and people change management. The WM-contractor will be ensuring that Lean Production System (LPS) elements and methods are applied. The WM-contractor will develop approaches ensuring single data captured at source-systems with a simplified and standardized data structure, supporting eg increased automation.

The WM-contractor reports to the PT Warehouse Management Business Team Lead while ensuring close collaboration within the function and across other workstreams.

The perfect candidate has a very strong background in working with SAP ERP & WM systems and has already proven experience with S/4 Hana and EWM. Focus will be on a senior person with strong communications skills, change management experience and used to work with different teams worldwide.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Defines together with the PT Warehouse Management Business Team Lead all activities to be performed related to her/his role.
Manages scope within assigned work packages and prioritizes requirements that add most value to the organization (fit-for-purpose).
Leads the delivery of assigned work packages within the work stream according to schedule and regularly reports status to the lead.
Monitors and reports deliverable progress and delivery vs. plan for his/her area of responsibility
Supports Workstream lead in communication to stakeholders, business and user communities as well as in change management
Actively collaborates within work stream, across work streams and functional areas, with BPO, BPms, SMEs, IT, and others

Must Haves
10 y+ of experience in warehouse management with related system expertise
Strong and proven experience with SAP ERP/EWM/WM/MM
Experience with S/4 Hana
Project leadership experience and project management skills in a similar environment
Proven experience in Organizational Change Management
