For a project at our client‘s site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Process Excellence Specialist / Process Engineer
In this position you will directly be involved in analyzing existing processes, designing new processes as well as leading the implementation of functioning workflows and frameworks.
Your Qualifications:
- 4+ years working experience as a Process Analyst / Business Analyst, Project Manager or Consultant, with previous experience in Process Excellence / Operational Excellence
- Previous experience in projects within a highly regulated industry is a plus (Pharma, Biotech, et al)
- Project experience with small to mid size companies (or a start up) is desirable
- Strong analytical background with good senior level synthesis, structuring and storyboarding skills
- Deep understanding of process and control optimization as well as process / operational excellence methodologies
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- Work experience as Scrum Master is a big plus (to implement programming standards for the IT department)
- Fluent in English and German
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and map the current process landscape
- Initiate and document an as-is analysis of existing workflows with internal resources
- Identify and develop solutions that enable the implementation of Agile methodologies for the overall workflow - together with programmers - and project management
- Implement proposed solutions and enable change within the organization
- Assignment of roles & responsibilities and their corresponding dependencies
- Develop strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders to ensure proper assessments of the as-is processes
