Datawarehouse Developer vacancy requiring profound Oracle PL/SQL and PowerCenter knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- At least 5+ years' experience in Project delivery roles, such as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer and Software Engineer
- Excellent hands-on knowledge and experience in Datawarehouse (DWH) development including Oracle PL/SQL and PowerCenter, good overall IT Architecture knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 technology as well as modelling skills with PowerDesigner
- Being Agile and Scrum methodology practitioner in large, complex projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with senior stakeholders, clients and partners
- Good analytical and problem solving skills with an eye for details
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German would be beneficial
Your tasks:
- Participating in an ambitious change project, covering areas such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, monitoring and agile development
- Analyzing, developing, testing and preparing documentation within the project
- Being responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of a strategic project within Data Warehouse and Credit Risk environment
- Fulfilling the role of a team member in an agile Scrum senior developer team
- Collaborating with senior partners on both sides IT and Business on a regular basis
