OpenText iXOS Consultant - Basel, Switzerland- NextLink Solutions

General information:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months
- Extension: An extension is planned, but needs to be approved.
- Work location: Basel, Switzerland
- Remote work: No possible
- Work load: 100%
Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Knowledge of Full stack of OpenText Communications Center Enterprise (CCE, Formerly Stream Serv)
- CCE integration scenarios and patterns
- Knowledge of components, functionality and integration capabilities (one or both of the following)
- Archive Center (previously IXOS)
- OpenText Exstream/Customer Communication CRM (previously Power Docs) Promote resolution of business requirements through standard functionality
- Knowledge/experience w/Enterprise Content management tools from OpenText a plus
Install and configure a OpenText IXOS system
Expertise in estimating the hardware requirements and designing landscape for OpenText IXOS systems
Setup integration with SAP systems for archiving and to store business documents (like scanned invoices images etc.)
Expertise in writing scripts/procedures to split the content of existing OpenText IXOS repositories
Expertise in migration content repositories from one IXOS system to another
Expertise in gathering requirements and driving solution/design workshops
Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Information and Communication Technology or relevant IT/IS degree/study
At least 5 years of functional experience with the emphasis on implementation and support of SAP application, OpenText ixos systems.
Experience in applying Prince II or other project management methodology is desirable
Preferred to be familiar with standards on application management and application archiving
Ability to develop successful cross functional relationships on an international basis
Language:
Speaking & Written: English - mandatory, German - nice to have
