My Client, a Swiss Leading Bank with an enviable reputation is currently looking for a Level 1 IT Service Analyst for an initial 12 month contract to be based in their Basel offices.
Key responsibilities will include:
- 1st Level IT Support & IT Request Management
- Supporting the delivery of both internal and outsourced IT Services to internal and external customers according to agreed levels of service
- Acting as a focal point for customer liasion and providing an effective and efficient interface between IT & its internal customers
- Drive the efficiency & effectiveness of the incident, problem and request management processes
The successful incumbent will possess knowledge of supporting SharePoint, mobile technology, iOS, Windows OS & MS Office as well as basic knowledge of networking and infrastructure technologies. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is essential as well as fluency in English. Service Now experience is desirable as well as fluency in a second major worl language.
