IT Project Assistant

For one of our clients, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with HQ in Basel, we are looking for a IT Project Assistant with previous experience in a pharmaceutical company.
This is a challenging contracting position starting in March 2020 until the end of March 2021 with extension possibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Recommend, integrate and support solutions (Technology and services) that meet the affiliates and business areas' current and future needs through an end-to-end delivery life cycle - from initial solution roadmap through design, testing and deployment to user adoption (trainings) and value creation.
- Promote the delivery of incremental services identified in the solution roadmap whilst continually looking for new opportunities aligned to the customer's business objectives
- Strong focus on customer service for all the Remote solutions tools, applications and processes.
- Execute Operation Qualifications
- Create, maintain and publish documentation
- Analyze, document and develop solutions of complex systems while co-operating with other team members, development, V&V, service providers.
- Establish and maintain business relations with the support teams
- Plan and hold training sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (eg Medical Technology, IT, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology)
- +3 years of experience as a product specialist in the diagnostics industry
- Field technical product installation experience
- Chemistry Applications knowledge
- Trainer experience
- Troubleshooting skills
