1st Level Support - Trading Applications/Openlink Findur vacancy for our Basel based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Experience as 1st Level Support in the financial or banking sector including writing system and user documentation in English
- Knowledge of the Openlink's Findur system and Bottomline Technologies applications, Data Warehouse knowhow is advantageous
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a pro-active way, independently and in a team
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Recording and handling any received request within a committed timeframe
- Cooperating with the 2nd level support team for complex issues
- Communicating and following up the person who raised an incident
- Ensuring the documentation of various issues and their related solution as well as their accessibility
- Participating in stand-up meetings related to reviewing production issues and ensuring the documentation process
