First Level Support (m/f/d)

Duration: 12 MM+

Main tasks:
  • First Level Support for a trading application (Openlink Findur)
  • Requests which are issued to the support need to be recorded, actioned and dealt within a committed timeframe
  • Complex issues have to be passed on to second level support
  • Ensure that the solutions to issues encountered are documented so that the knowledge Database is up to date 


Main qualifications
  • Experienced in First Level Support 
  • Knowledge of the Openlink’s Findur system and/or bottomline technologies applications and/or DataWarehouse is an advantage
  • Thrive working both independently and in a team
  • Comfortable communicating in both oral and written English, writing skills including the ability to write system and user documentation in English
