Replacement of the ZEMIS document management system (central migration information system) with standard software
Today: 7m documents (business cases, scan data, images), data volume 6TB, 10,000 users (migration authorities, cantons, Fedpol, Federal Administrative Court)
HERMES phase conception starts in April 2020; Data migration and commissioning by mid-2023
Complex project; Project organization with about 6 teams
Tasks: Deputy PL:
Representation PL, support / advice PL in all matters
Project leader:
Development / management of requirements and change board
Conception, planning, management, implementation of migration incl. Data ETL
Stakeholder management in these areas
Must haves:
Language skills German: C1 level
Language skills French: B1 level
Degree: University, technical college, higher technical school
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field
HERMES certification
Proof: CV, certificate, certificates, if necessary, Migros Club School language test (if not shown in the certificate)
