About the client
An internationally renowned manufacturer and distributor of scientific instrumentation.
Description
- Responsible to prepare the product specific documentation (print and online) for the development process, to provide an entire product documentation
- Ensure product-close documentation (user manuals, installation instructions, etc)
- Coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the entire documentation
- Cross functional coordination between the different departments (R&D, Software, Application, Compliance, Product Management and Project Management
- Continuous support of the further development of documentation tools and processes, to improve the quality of documentation
- Preparation, coordination and proof reading of translated documentation of a third-party translating bureau
- Participation in the document management system and maintenance of existing documentation
Qualifications
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Experience with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 820, US and European regulations
- Experience with user manuals
- Strong understanding of the QMS System
- English (mandatory), German is a nice to have
