One of our clients is in the need of a 2nd level application supporter. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project. The "Application Production Services" (APS) group was created within the "IT Infrastructures" service (INFRA) in order to allow the industrialization of tasks related to production environments including in particular application deployments, monitoring and 2nd level support.General Information

Role as a 2nd level application supporter
- Carry out production
- Provide level 2 support for production applications
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions
- Suggest areas for improvement
- Contribute to technical and business projects
- Ensure compliance with SLAs
- Respect good integration practices
- Secure data flows
- Participate in the industrialization of environments
- Ensure compliance with norms and standards
- Keep documentation up to date
- Participate in the picket week
Technical knowledge
- Experience as 2nd level application supporter
- JAVA Technologies (Websphere AS, Tomcat)
- WEB Technologies (Apache, php)
- Scripting Python and Shell (Ansible), Powershell
- Database (Postgresq, Mysql)
Languages
- English fluent
- French fluent
