Workload: 80 – 100%
Work location: Basel
Remote: max. 1 day per week, prior approval needed
Travel: not needed
Team: 15 (Business Analysts, Project Manager, Development Team abroad)
Responsibilities:
• Collect, clarify and manage business requirements in the knowledge management space
• Facilitate requirement gathering & exploration workshops
• Understand business needs and translating them into implementable requirements for dev team
• Participate in scoping clarification meetings with the dev team
• Work alongside the development team to formalize & document solution architecture
• Manage requirements catalogue ¬ideally with standard client's tools
• Track & report progress on business requirements implementation
• Coordinate and track delivery of a small agile team (for the software development there are separate Scrum masters)
• Based in Basel / Kaiseraugst but working as part of development team distributed in Poland, and a business team in Basel
• Work with tester on test case definitions to ensure fitness for purpose
• Monitoring quality of functionality delivered and fitness for purpose
Must haves:
• 4-5 years of experience in IT related concepts, software development and IT infrastructure (no need to be a developer though) (****)
• Flexible and dynamic personality with proven ability to steer small but complex projects across functions & sites (****)
• Proven practical experience in data governance processes (****)
• Ability to talk and understand both software developers and pharma business people (****)
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical environment in a similar position / role (****)
• Self-motivated and being able to identify issues and work independently
• Native in either German or English with a strong professional proficiency for the other language
