Are you an experienced Identity and Access Management IT Project Manager (m/f/x) looking for a new project? Our client, a renown financial institution offers an interesting and exciting contract opportunity Identity and Access Management IT Project Managers (m/f/x).The Project Manager is responsible for the design, build and delivery of the agreed scope of identity and access management optimization change projects within time and budget and ensures their operational sustainability under RBS group project methodology framework.
Your role: (m/f)
Project Management responsibilities:
- Prepare/support the completion of the financial business case
- Plan and execute CHF 1m IAM optimization project
- Responsible for governance, leadership, benefits tracking, cost management, delivery, planning and control, risk/issue and dependency management and quality assurance in a way that is understood and agreed by all stakeholders
- Responsible for the transitioning of the project into the business ensuring that changes are thoroughly and smoothly implemented, and that the lasting benefits of change are achieved
Project deliverables responsibilities:
- Upgrade of CyberArk software and hardware driven by software lifecycle in close co-ordination with other automation activities around privileged accounts.
- Review of existing Sailpoint IdentityIQ implementation with potential lifecycle upgrade and process simplification to out of the box functions available in later version 8.x
- Definition and implementation of Windows privileged personal accounts concept from provisioning through the whole lifecycle of the accounts in Active Directory, CyberArk and Sailpoint IdentityIQ
- Definition and implementation of an automated and transparent non-personal privileged account concept (service-/technical accounts)
- Definition and implementation of a Windows domain administration account concept
- Definition and implementation of highly automated account handling in the JML (Joiner, mover, leaver) process
- Increase user experience around IAM processes and data
Required skills
- Profound technical understanding of Identity Access Management tools and processes:
- Privileged Access Management
- Access Governance
- AD Directory Services
- JML Process Design/Optimization
- Role Based Access Management
- Understanding of security architecture
- Hands on attitude
- Excellent coordination capabilities internally and with 3rd party providers and vendors
- Fluent English and German spoken / written (C-Level)
- Solution and service oriented, taking over ownership and showing leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management on different managerial levels, on IT and business side
- Own initiative, self-starter qualities and persistency
- Analytical & structured thinking / working
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Able to work under pressure
