Business Analyst/Application Support Analyst
On behalf of our client, one of the biggest medical devices company based in Schaffhausen we are looking for a Business Analyst/Application Support Analyst.
This is a contracting position, starting in February until the end of the year with extension possibilities.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
- Daily 2nd line application incident and troubleshooting
- Installation and configuration support on request
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
- Project related support activities
- Develop and maintain the support documentation (SOPs) for all related subjects
Your skills/experiences are:
- Experience in Labelling systems and associated processes/requirement
- Experience in application support (experience in application management is an advantage) in manufacturing - Application Level 2-3 support
- Experience in GxP systems and computer System Validation
- Working knowledge of ITSM
- Database MS-SQL experience
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guideline
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and German
