One of our clients is in the need of a PMO. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project.

General Information

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Month

Extension: possible

Workload: 100%

Work location: Zürich (Switzerland)

Travel: 15%

Description:
  • Track and follow up the initiated tasks (review) addressed to the department
  • Support IS project in terms of bringing people together, setting up the initial stages of cooperation
  • Develop, review, organize and align contents to meetings, projects
  • Prepare and deliver presentations
  • Schedule meetings and manage overlaps
  • Coordinate internal/ external communication between directors and stakeholders
  • Prioritize the workflow of projects


Experience
  • 5-10 years experiences as PMO
  • Executive assistant experience is a must
  • no calendar management but coordination of workflow and projects
  • Fluent in English and German
  • excellent Communications skills written and verbal
  • proactive, collaborative and is able to undertake ad-hoc tasks
  • Willingness to travel (15%, Switzerland and abroad)
  • Well-organized, structured, proactive and punctual
  • Knowledge & experiences in Compliance and Risk Assignments

  • German fluent
  • English fluent
