Main tasks:
- Scope will be to serve 2 agile teams of the same application area in a 50/50 split
- Role focused on improving the team's agile way of working and applying scrum best principles
- Responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum within agile IT teams
- Ensure good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team
- Lead the team in a continuous improvement
- Foster collaboration, coordinate with other teams
Main qualifications
- Bachelor´s Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent in an engineering education - preferably IT
- Strong and proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex environment
