Scrum Master 80-100% - SAFe/Test Scenarios/JIRA/GermanRole / Purpose:
For our client, a renowned bank in the city of Zurich, we are looking for a Scrum Master with SAFe expertise.
Main Tasks:
* Support and develop the team of IT and technical specialists
* Coaching the team to solve problems independently and to organize themselves
* Identify and remove obstacles that disturb the Scrum team on the way to the Scrum goal
Required Skills:
* Experienced ScrumMaster, can perform all tasks according to SAFe independently
* Designs, organises and carries out various test scenarios.
* Communicates on different levels up to the PSA (GD level) including
* Scrum Master Certification
* Good knowledge / experience in the application of JIRA
* Strong in organization, communication and moderation
* Experience in the banking/financial sector is an advantage
Languages:
* German: fluent / mother tongue (C1/C2) - oral & written
* English: Basic level is sufficient
