We at NextLink Solutions are closely working with one of our global pharmaceutical clients based in Switzerland. They are looking for an experienced PM within the Analytics space of SAP, to lead the setup project of their new SAP Analytics Cloud platform.
General information:
- Start date: 03.02.2020
- Duration: 6 months + possible extension
- Location: Kaiseraugst, Switzerland
- Work load: 100% ONSITE
- Deadline to submit CV's: 5PM UK time on 27th January
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Introduce & ramp up the SAC ( SAP Analytics Cloud) platform in a controlled way for IT and business self-service in alignment with all stakeholders
• Deliver best practices to organize SAC self-service BI & Analytics for ERP in Client Affiliates together with our business
• Design the governance process of the new SAC solution aligning different IT & Business stakeholders
• Manage & priorities the pipeline of IT managed projects and self-service initiatives wanting to use the platform & drive continuous improvement of management & rules around this new platform
• Driving training content & sessions to enable self-service around tool, BI & advanced analytic capabilities and responsible data management
• Defining framework and Drive communities and community events for users to exchange and learn (e.g. doctor sessions, SAC days, Dashboard makeover, Analytic challenge etc.)
• Drive and coordinate activities around our SAP Analytics Cloud platform, in contact with other internal IT groups nearshore and offshore and central coordination with SAP
• Ensure easy access to data by cooperating with data cataloging activities and driving both data democratization activities as well as data risk awareness
• Assess the value of this service, benchmark and understand market trends to continuously improve for best customer outcomes.
• Interacting with management, coordinating and directing activities of project team members.
• Ensuring all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
*What are the key technical skills that all candidates must attain?
• Recognized expert-level knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes with 8+ years of experience in relevant area, preferably with broad industry exposure. (****)
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, and experience on self-service analytics tools. (****)
• Proven background in leading one or more high-level, complex technical projects within the constraint of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver specific requirements (****)
• Experience in managing an analytics self-service platform (e.g. but not limited to setting up standards, governance, best practice and training) (****)
• Expert in Project Management Methodology (AGILE) (****)
• Capability to think strategically.
• Excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships (business, systems, policies, etc.)
• Excellent ability to communicate to others not only what is being done and how, but also why.
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
