Network Ordering Coordinator wanted for our Zurich based client.- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with substantial experience in telecommunication or IT industry
- A min. of 2 years working experience with optical networks, data centers or information technology networks
- Ability to understand telecom order forms as well as at least basic knowledge of technical telecom terms (DWDM, Fiber Optics, Data Centers, PoPs) is a must
- Previous experience with multi-vendor transport networks
- Excellent Program Management and vendor management skills
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for the ordering of leased telecom circuits, datacenter statement of work and general telecoms orders with 3rd party vendors
- Liaising with commercial teams for day to day orders of network assets and supporting with all necessary approvals
- Solving billing or invoices issues with 3rd party vendors as needed
- Updating documentation pertaining to general network orders as well as monitoring ticket queues and other network tools
- Adhering to standard change management
