- A university degree computer science, management information systems or professional certifications
- Technology experience in multiple infrastructure technologies, such as Citrix Netscaler, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix PVS, Citrix StoreFront, AppSense, VMware vSphere, VMware vRops, VMware AppVolumes, Numecent, Atlantis USX/ILIO
- Possess knowledge and experience in the area of advanced Windows platform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (event logs, procmons, process Explorer)
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory concepts
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on business requirements
- Powershell Scripting or experience coding for automation (optional)
- Analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody's business)
- An excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills, fluent in English
- Result-oriented and assertive (you don't shy away from challenging situations)
- Ability and confidence to interface with Senior IT Management/Senior Business Leaders
- Methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
