Main tasks:
- You will provide support for a team on data base management
- Run excel reports (pivot table)
- Update customer information's
- Project management support
- Generate executive reports
- Provide coordination on travels for the team and manager
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in administrative position/project management
- Experience mandatory within an NGO
- Perfectly fluent in English, French fluent, another language an asset
- Very good command of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- You are pro active, team player, and solution oriented
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
