Banking Business Process Engineer - BPA - (German speaking)

On behalf of our client, a prestigious Private Bank in Zürich, we are looking for a German speaking Business Process Engineer with Wealth Management or Investment Management experience.
Overview of the project:
- The client is currently working on group-wide US GAAP Impairment Project which aims to ensure compliance with the revised accounting standards from 1 January 2020. In order to support the delivery from a Credit Risk Management perspective, the team requires an additional project resource who can support in the below:
Main responsibilities:
- Analyse current processes in the Investment Management Unit for Product Management, Investment Decision Management, Portfolio-Management based on the existing Tools and define target processes and requirements
- Leading process redesign workshops
- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
- Managing process change
Skills:
- Over 10 years of experience in Business Process Analysis (BPA) within the Banking Industry (Preferred in Wealth Management/Investment Management)
- Fluency with process management systems and process management methods
- Experienced in business process modelling notations (BPMN) to document the processes.
- Knowledge of standards (ISO 900x etc.)
- Excellent analytical thinking
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to work in a team
- Experienced in agile projects
- Understanding of EA ARIS, ERP, BPM, CRM highly beneficial
- Understanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML
- Fluency in both German and English
