Beschreibung

Executive Assistant - vacancy for our Basel based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • 5+ years of secretarial and administrative work experience in a financial or banking institution
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, spreadsheet, presentations and data software
  • Ability to perform information analysis, identifying issues and communicate recommendations
  • Competent in producing high quality work on time and under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A-level degree, two year secretarial diploma or equivalent
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Performing administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, office diaries filing for upcoming appointments and preparing of the relevant document needed
  • Supervising email inbox and ensuring the timely follow up for general and specific requests
  • Organising various business trips and the regarding appointments, as well as preparing all the travel related documentation regarding the requirements of the host institutions
  • Ensuring the documentation of confidential material and maintaining an efficient office filling system
  • Performing all the mentioned tasks not only with MS Office tools but as well as with latest technological developments, if handed
