1st / 2nd Level Support (SAP PI / PO) EDI / Digital procurement (40-60% / Remote) St. GallenWe are looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd Level Supporter with experience in Process Integration (EDI) for our customer with immediate employment (or by agreement). For this contracting position in St. Gallen we are looking for 1st / 2nd level support for users, customers and suppliers in the field of EDI.
Areas of responsibility:
* Monitoring of EDI interfaces in ERP and middleware (SAP PI / PO)
* Creation of tickets and service requests
* Assistance in the operation and maintenance of EDI integrations
* Participation in EDI projects (documentation, user training)
* Service oriented and committed personality
Required Profile / Skills:
* Professional experience in IT support and ERP systems
* Knowledge of the SAP modules SD, MM, middleware PI / PO, Lobster desirable
* Experience with digital procurement and sales processes desirable
* Training in the field of computer science / IT
Language Skills:
* A good command of German and French (at least level C1 / C2)
* English: fluent (B2 / C1)
