DevOps Engineer - Azure/CI/CD - this is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Basel based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Expertise in on-premises Azure DevOps Server 2019, DevOps engineering and DevOps stack such as CI and CD
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud Azure technology stack and of third party component management concepts, tools and practices
- Familiarity with secure software development life cycle and secure coding practices such as OWASP are a plus
- Competency of static analysis in security testing is advantageous
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supervising and supporting on-premises Azure DevOps Server 2019 installation
- Aiding development teams with the implementation of CI and CD pipelines and agile project methodologies
- Creating a new DevOps offering within IT vision and business requirements
- Ensuring successful delivery of the platform through close cooperation with IT and business teams as well as with key stakeholders
- Preparing DevOps architecture, key decisions and processes documentation
- Delivering presentations and demos when required
