Professional Operator - Sensor Production/Screen Printing/GMP/BGE - Lucerne (100%)
We are looking for an experienced Sensor Operations Specialist responsible for the production of thick film sensors and the manufacture of blood gas analysis sensors under clean room conditions for our customer for immediate employment (or by agreement). For this contracting position in Lucerne we are looking for Professional Operator with fascination for modern production technologies.
Areas of responsibility:
* Operating, setting up and monitoring semi-automatic and fully automatic machines
* Troubleshooting and maintenance work on the assigned equipment
* Producing, logging and monitoring the individual process steps by industry 4.0 Standard
* Adjusting production plans
* Creating dispensing solutions and pastes for production
* Carrying out in-process controls (IPC)
* Recording conspicuous features and deviations and initiating measures if necessary
* Working in compliance with hygiene regulations and ensuring that the appropriate working conditions are maintained
* compliance with GMP guidelines in all work steps
Required Profile/Skills:
* At least 1 year of professional experience in the GMP environment
* Implementation of daily cleaning measures according to GMP regulations
* Technical craftsmanship and good knowledge of technology
* SAP-guided material management and documentation (inventory, scrapping, bookings)
* Willingness to work 3 shifts - Rotating (5 days a week)
* Experience with diagnostic systems
* Completed vocational training as a screen printer, stencil printer, offset printer, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or electrician, network electrician, automation technician or maintenance specialist Electrical, chemical and pharmaceutical technician or comparable professions
Language Skills:
* A good command of German (at least level C1/C2)
* English: Basic
