On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Netscaler Citrix Engineer with proven experience working on Load-Balancer Implementation work.
Overview of the project:
- You will be part of the client's Swiss Regional Operation Center within the Security team that provides network support from Datacenter to end user port.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the Citrix NetScaler, F5 BigIP LTM/GTM, Cisco GSS/ACE load-balancers at our client.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex load-balancer issues.
- Implement requests for new load-balancer services
- Interact with clients and act as a consultant for load-balancer requests
- Uphold high standards for timely issue resolution.
- Raise change requests and implement network changes.
- Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements.
- Maintain a knowledge database.
Skills:
- Proven Citrix Netscaler experience with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Proven experience working within high performing Network Operations/Data Centre teams, ideally in the financial services industry.
- Experience with F5 BigIP LTM/GTM or Cisco GSS/ACE highly beneficial
- Participate in incident, change and problem management.
- Develop a "Can-Do" attitude and suggest ways to improve the team performance and increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop documentation of technical support issues using the available tools is an essential element of the role.
- Work closely with service managers and leads to provide effective operation support.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Ideally German speaking.
